THE STAFF IS VERY NASTY, RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. THEY FOLLOW YOU AROUND AND ARE VERY JUDGMENTAL TOWARDS COLOREDS. THERE’S ONE OR TWO THAT ARE OK BUT OVERALL NASTY PEOPLE! ME AND MY SIBLINGS AND DAUGHTER ARE REGULARS THERE, SPEND A LOT OF MONEY THERE AND ALWAYS GET TREATED NASTY. BEING A CHILD OF GOD I IGNORE IT MOST TIMES BUT TODAY DREW THE LINE! THE LADY AT THE REGISTER DECIDED SHE WANTED TO HAVE A YELLING MATCH WITH ME IN FRONT OF MY TWO KIDS. WHEN ASKED FOR THE MANAGERS INFO I WAS TOLD “google it” AND USED DISGUSTING LANGUAGE WHILE ARGUING WITH ME. MY SISTER CALLED ONCE I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED AND THE LADY LIED AT FIRST, SHANTEL, AND SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER BUT WHEN TOLD THAT WE KNEW THE MANAGER WAS A GUY SHE CHANGED HER WHOLE STORY. THERE’S SO MUCH MORE THAT HAPPENED AND SO MANY STORIES I COULD SAY BUT I WOULD HAVE TO WRITE A WHOLE BOOK. WE WERE TOLD THE MANAGER IS THERE THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS SO WE ARE LOOKING TO SPEAK WITH HIM IN PERSON ONE OF THE DAYS HE IS THERE. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE TREATED THIS WAY ESPECIALLY REGULARS WHO COME FAITHFULLY. At first, the women working there seemed unfriendly, but once I asked for help, they became more forthcoming and assisted me in finding what I was looking for. I did notice they don't have a large selection of hair dyes like other beauty supply in the area.
