Ok beauty is always my go-to when I need something. The ladies are always helpful and friendly. Plus today they were having a raffle and I won a new blow dryer. Thank you!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

THE STAFF IS VERY NASTY, RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. THEY FOLLOW YOU AROUND AND ARE VERY JUDGMENTAL TOWARDS COLOREDS. THERE’S ONE OR TWO THAT ARE OK BUT OVERALL NASTY PEOPLE! ME AND MY SIBLINGS AND DAUGHTER ARE REGULARS THERE, SPEND A LOT OF MONEY THERE AND ALWAYS GET TREATED NASTY. BEING A CHILD OF GOD I IGNORE IT MOST TIMES BUT TODAY DREW THE LINE! THE LADY AT THE REGISTER DECIDED SHE WANTED TO HAVE A YELLING MATCH WITH ME IN FRONT OF MY TWO KIDS. WHEN ASKED FOR THE MANAGERS INFO I WAS TOLD “google it” AND USED DISGUSTING LANGUAGE WHILE ARGUING WITH ME. MY SISTER CALLED ONCE I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED AND THE LADY LIED AT FIRST, SHANTEL, AND SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER BUT WHEN TOLD THAT WE KNEW THE MANAGER WAS A GUY SHE CHANGED HER WHOLE STORY. THERE’S SO MUCH MORE THAT HAPPENED AND SO MANY STORIES I COULD SAY BUT I WOULD HAVE TO WRITE A WHOLE BOOK. WE WERE TOLD THE MANAGER IS THERE THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS SO WE ARE LOOKING TO SPEAK WITH HIM IN PERSON ONE OF THE DAYS HE IS THERE. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE TREATED THIS WAY ESPECIALLY REGULARS WHO COME FAITHFULLY. At first, the women working there seemed unfriendly, but once I asked for help, they became more forthcoming and assisted me in finding what I was looking for. I did notice they don't have a large selection of hair dyes like other beauty supply in the area.

This place is spectacular. It is the only place in Middletown you will find almost anything you desire at a reasonable price. Spacious and clean, the staff is more than willing to help you find what you are looking for and give recommendations to alternative products. It reminds me of hair product stores in the Bronx and Queens.The weaving hair and braiding hair is a little pricey but if you’re willing to pay for quality and brand names then this shouldn’t be a problem. They sell wigs and hair pieces as well as hair dryers, curling irons etc. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy!

First time I visit this place and noticed they were following us around like criminals and then I got yelled at very rudely by the staff because I mistakenly went around the isle by the wall to look at other hair extensions and did not know I was not allowed to and there is no sign that says that, was yelled at a few times because I was not fast enough while I was placing the item I was looking at back on the rack. They should not treat customers like that. Maybe they need some training on how to treat costumers. God forbid you want to just look around without asking. I am not ever going there again. I felt like a child getting yelled at. Very rude staff
